Yamaha fzx design and specification

When I first saw the pics online at the launch event of the new fzx the bike looked a bit confused but in reality, it doesn't feel all that bad at all. In terms of build quality, it promises quite a lot more. The Yamaha fzx comes with three colour options which are matte copper, metallic blue and my favourite matte black. The bike has generous use of metal all around instead of plastic, like the retro sports classic looking fuel tank front fender and the besh plate are all made of metal. in the front fzx has a very unique looking round bi-functional led headlamp setup, it has one led bulb in the centre for high beam as well as low beam also the round led DRL does add a distinguished touch.

The tail lamp Yamaha say was an inspiration from the rx100 and it does look as such. The speedo console is newly designed and now it gets Bluetooth connectivity that displays call SMS and email alerts along with other bike statistics. apart from this Yamaha fzx comes with an all-new ribbed pattern seat it is perfectly cushioned which feels not too soft not too hard. talking about of suspension, we get 41 mm telescopic forks upfront and a seven-step adjustable rear mono-shock. in terms of tires, we get radial block pattern tires from MRF with a 140 section rear tire.

Yamaha fzx engine

The Yamaha fzx powering by an air-cooled, 4-stroke, 2-valve, single-cylinder fuel-injected, SOHC 149cc engine and the engine comes with a 5-speed gearbox.

alt="yamaha-Fzx-149cc-engine">This 149cc engine produces 12.4 Ps of max power at 7250rpm and 13.3nm of max torque at 5500rpm. The bottom and torque are good with good pick up right off the mark also the mid-range punch is good with the bike effortlessly reaching 100km per hour and the top speed of Yamaha fzx, you can go up to 120 kilometres per hour. Yamaha fzx comes with blue core technology which optimizes combustion efficiency. This bike comes with 10 litres of the fuel tank, talking about the mileage,  there is no claim as such but you can expect the same mileage as that of the fzs which is around 45 to 48 kmpl depending upon your riding style.  Yamaha fzx gets a 282 mm disc in the front and a 220 mm rear disc and for the safety fzx comes with single-channel abs as standard.

Yamaha fzx riding ergonomics

Talking about the riding ergonomics of Yamaha fzx , the ripped pattern seat offers just the right kind of comfort it's not too soft not too hard and it is absolutely super comfy.  the raised handlebar and the forward set footpegs and the refined engine makes it even more desirable. the Seat height of fzx is 810 mm, if you are five five you can easily ride this bike and complete bike Weight is 139 only whic great for new or all kinds of riders. The gear shifts happen flawlessly and fzx has a nice light clutch pull this is not a slipper clutch but still the bike revs easily.  the mid-range surge has always been the strong point for the fz so really rock solid thanks to all the metal parts on this bike. the build quality is rock solid and the feels of the Yamaha fzx is a well-balanced motorcycle well-positioned motorcycle.

Yamaha Fzx price

The ex-showroom price of the Yamaha fzx is rupees 1,16,800 for the without Y-Connect and rupees 1,19,800 for with Y-Connect in Delhi and I feel Yamaha fzx is will be a  good city bike that you can use for day-to-day commutes and as Yamaha say fzx is kind of a different style a different theme that they are offering with the same fz power plant and it has the only rivel in the 150cc segment which is the bajaj avenger street 160.
